Reservations & Cancellations
Reservations are strongly recommended. If you find you are unable to keep your reservations, we request a 24 hour notice of cancellation. Guests who do not honor their reservation may be charged a cancellation fee. Our Saturday reservations are always in high demand; please know that a Saturday reservation requires a credit card. The credit card will be held and not charged until after your treatment is complete.
Please be punctual.
We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your reservation so you may relax and receive the full benefit of our services. If your arrival is 15 minutes past the time of your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule or your appointment may be shortened in order to accommodate the next guest.
We strive to offer privacy in our spa with changing in your individual treatment room however; we do provide lockers for full day spa packages. Robes, towels, sandals, shower facility, restroom, vanity area and select toiletry items are provided. If you are relaxing with a pedicure, we recommend wearing open toed sandals and loose pants. Massage and body treatments are enjoyed clothing free – careful draping procedures are exercised at all times.
Please leave your jewelry, watches and other valuables at home. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items

To ensure our peaceful atmosphere and the enjoyment of all our patrons, we ask that all cell phones and pagers be turned off during your visit.
Children are not permitted in the spa area unless they are receiving a treatment and accompanied by an adult. In addition, please ensure your child can contribute to our stress-free environment in the hair salon area.
Our gift cards come wrapped so they are a perfect gift for any occasion, in any denomination. They may be purchased in person, by phone, or on our website.
